Big Yellow Group PLC has contracted to sell its industrial estate in Bracknell, Berkshire for £6.3 million, following previous disposals of industrial estates in Harrow and Staines, bringing the total gross proceeds from these three sales to £81 million.

Big Yellow announces that it has contracted to sell its industrial estate in Bracknell, Berkshire for £6.3 million.
This follows on from the previously announced disposals of the industrial estates in Harrow and Staines. The Group will have received combined gross proceeds of £81 million from these three disposals.
