Director/PDMR Shareholding

Buccaneer Energy (AIM: BUCE), the international oil & gas exploration and production company, announces that, further to the announcement made at 7:00am on 12 August 2026, the Company's directors, Paul Welch (Chief Executive Officer), Dr Stephen Staley (Non-Executive Chairman) and Jim Newman (Non-Executive Director) have subscribed £5,000, £5,750 and £5,750 respectively for new Ordinary Shares in the Company in relation to the Subscription.
The expected shareholdings of the Directors following the Placing, the Subscription, and the Fee Conversion, and their respective resulting interests in the Enlarged Share Capital, are set out below:
