Block Admission Application
Buccaneer Energy Plc has applied to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of 4,633,106,400 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each, expected to be effective around September 29, 2026. This admission is intended to facilitate the efficient exercise of outstanding warrants by warrant holders without requiring individual RNS announcements for each issuance. The company's issued share capital will not change as a result of this block admission, and any newly issued shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.

Buccaneer Energy plc (AIM: BUCE), the international oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of 4,633,106,400 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company (the "Block Admission Shares").
The Block Admission Shares will be issued to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to any future exercise of any outstanding warrants issued by the Company. The Block Admission has been put in place to enable warrant holders to exercise their warrants efficiently, without the need for a separate application to the London Stock Exchange and accompanying RNS announcement on each occasion.
It is expected that the Block Admission will become effective on or around 29 September 2026 ("Admission"). The Company's issued share capital will not change as a result of the Admission and further notifications of changes in the issued share capital will be made in due course as required. When issued, the Block Admission Shares will be fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
