Begbies Traynor Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group"), has been notified that JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, the trustee of its Employee Benefits Trust (the "EBT"), has on 8 March 2024 purchased 80,244 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 109.88 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, a total of 1,603,604 Ordinary Shares are held by the EBT, representing approximately 1.01 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
