Begbies Traynor Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group"), has been notified that JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, the trustee of its Employee Benefits Trust (the "EBT"), has on 23 February 2024 purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 111.28 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, a total of 1,325,965 Ordinary Shares are held by the EBT, representing approximately 0.83 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
