B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, was notified on 7 July 2026 that Mr. Nicholas Carter, Non-Executive Director, has traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
- Nicholas Carter sold 2,899 Ordinary Shares from his general trading account and immediately repurchased 2,897 Ordinary Shares into his personal SIPP account on 27 May 2026.
Following the transaction, Mr. Carter's beneficial interest in his Ordinary Shares is in 45,174 (including 6,695 shares owned by his wife, Fiona Carter) which represents in aggregate 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company.
