Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 37,100,000 Shares and the Company holds 1,229,488 Shares in treasury and therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 35,870,512.
The above figure of 35,870,512 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
