Expiry of Unlisted Options
Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" or the "Company") advises that the following unlisted options have expired:
- 25,221,562 unlisted options exercisable at £1.00 each on or before 30 November 2023; and
- 3,700,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2023.
Following the expiry of unlisted options, Berkeley has the following securities on issue:
- 445,796,715 ordinary fully paid ordinary shares;
- 2,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2025; and
- 7,600,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.65 each on or before 30 June 2026.
