As of October 31, 2025, Aterian PLC has announced its total voting rights. The company's issued share capital consists of 14,802,044 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of £0.10 each, and each share carries one voting right. Aterian PLC does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights attached to the company's shares is 14,802,044. This figure should be used by shareholders to calculate their interest in the company's share capital under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 14,802,044.
The above figure of 14,802,044 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
