Change of auditor and notice of EGM

Asia Strategic Holdings Ltd. (LSE: ASIA), the independent developer and manager of consumer businesses located in emerging Asia, announces that, following the completion of a competitive tender process, the Company has appointed OneStop Assurance PAC (“OneStop Assurance”) as the Company’s new auditors, subject to approval by shareholders at a forthcoming extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) of the Company.

OneStop Assurance is an independent audit firm registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (“ACRA”) and with the UK Financial Reporting Council (“FRC”) as a Public Interest Entity auditor under the FRC's third country auditor regime.

An EGM has been convened for 29 September 2026 at 4pm Singapore time where the sole ordinary resolution will be to approve the appointment of OneStop Assurance as auditors of the Company. The EGM will be held by electronic means and members may attend via Zoom Meeting, details of which are included in the notice of EGM.

Should shareholders approve the appointment of OneStop Assurance as new auditors, BDO LLP, Singapore and BDO LLP, UK will cease to be the Company’s auditors for statutory reporting and the Group’s UK annual reporting, respectively.

OneStop Assurance will assume responsibility for the Company’s Singapore statutory audit and for the audited consolidated financial statements included in the Group’s UK annual report and accounts.

BDO Audit Services Co., Ltd (Vietnam) and BDO Consulting (Myanmar) Co. Ltd will continue to audit the Company’s Vietnam and Myanmar subsidiaries, for both Group consolidation and local statutory reporting purposes.
