Delay to the publication of accounts
Asia Strategic Holdings Limited announced a delay in the publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, citing the need for additional time for its auditors to complete their audit. The company anticipates publishing its FY25 Accounts during February 2026 and will request the restoration of its listing thereafter.
