Asiamet Resources Limited (AIM: ARS) refers to the Company's announcements dated 9 September 2026 and 22 September 2026 regarding the payment of a US$93.0 million special cash dividend (the "Special Dividend") to shareholders in Great British Pounds (GBP).
The Company confirms the dividend rate being paid is US$0.02677287 per common share in the Company of US$0.01 each ("Common Share"), which at an exchange rate of GBP/USD 1.346205 (USD/GBP 0.742829) will equate to a GBP dividend rate of £0.01988766 per Common Share.
The Special Dividend will be paid on 29 September 2026 in accordance with the timetable previously announced.
