Update on Sale of Indokal Limited (KSK Project)
Asiamet Resources Limited has announced that all conditions precedent for the proposed sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Indokal Limited, which holds a 100% interest in the KSK Project, to Norin Mining (Hong Kong) Limited have been satisfied or waived. The parties are now proceeding with the necessary steps to complete the transaction, which is expected to occur shortly.

Asiamet Resources Limited (AIM: ARS) provides shareholders with an update on the proposed sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Indokal Limited, which owns a 100% interest in the KSK Project, to Norin Mining (Hong Kong) Limited ("Norin Mining") (the "Transaction").
The Company is pleased to confirm that all conditions precedent to Completion of the Transaction have now been satisfied or waived.
The parties are proceeding with the required steps to effect Completion, which is expected to occur shortly.
The Company will make a further announcement following Completion.
