Director/PDMR Shareholding
AO World plc announced that its Chief Executive Officer, John Roberts, sold 5,359,056 ordinary shares at 90.06p each, resulting in his holding of 83,226,832 shares, representing 14.587% of the issued share capital. Additionally, the Jolly Foundation, a charity of which Mr. Roberts is a trustee, sold 2,221,236 ordinary shares at 90.04p each, leaving it with 2,325,879 shares, or 0.408% of the issued share capital. These transactions occurred on 17 April 2026 on the London Stock Exchange.

The Company has received notification that, on 17 April 2026, John Roberts, a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 5,359,056 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90.06p per share.
As a result of the transaction, John Roberts holds 83,226,832 Ordinary Shares representing 14.587% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
Additionally, the Company has received notification that, on 17 April 2026, the Jolly Foundation, a registered charity and private company limited by guarantee, of which John Roberts is a trustee, member and director, sold 2,221,236 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90.04p per share.
As a result of the transaction, the Jolly Foundation holds 2,325,879 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.408% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
