Arkadian Strategic Metals Plc, formerly Alba Mineral Resources plc, has officially changed its name and will commence trading on AIM under the new ticker code AKN as of June 8, 2026. This name change, announced on May 20, 2026, is effective at Companies House, with existing share certificates remaining valid and the company's ISIN and SEDOL unchanged. The company's website has also been updated to arkadianmetals.com.

Arkadian Strategic Metals Plc (AIM: AKN), the gold and strategic metals focused exploration and development company, is pleased to announce, further to the RNS of 20 May 2026, that the Company's change of name from Alba Mineral Resources plc to Arkadian Strategic Metals Plc has become effective at Companies House.
The Company's shares are due to commence trading on AIM under its new name and its new ticker code (or EPIC) of AKN as from 8 June 2026.
As previously advised, the Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged. Existing share certificates held by shareholders remain valid and should be retained. Any new share certificates issued after the name change has become effective will bear the name Arkadian Strategic Metals Plc. The Company's website address has already been changed to arkadianmetals.com.
