Result of AGM
Arkadian Strategic Metals plc, formerly Alba Mineral Resources plc, announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong shareholder support. Resolution 1 received 98.92% of votes in favour, Resolution 2 garnered 95.76%, Resolution 3 95.73%, Resolution 4 95.61%, and Resolution 5 91.55%. Resolution 6, a special resolution, was approved with 91.46% of votes in favour. These results indicate broad shareholder confidence in the company's direction.
