Issue of Convertible Loan Notes
AIQ Limited announced today the issuance of an additional £625,000 in convertible loan notes to new noteholders under its existing convertible loan note instrument with China International Securities Ltd, bringing the total issued under this facility to £1.875 million. This issuance follows a previous announcement on August 17, 2026, and is part of the New Loan Note Facility established on July 3, 2026.

Further to the Company's announcement of 17 August 2026, AIQ (LSE: AIQ) is pleased to announce that it will, today, be issuing further convertible loan notes of £625k to new noteholders under its convertible loan note instrument with China International Securities Ltd that was entered into on 3 July 2026 (the "New Loan Note Facility").
Following the issue of these convertible loan notes, the Company will have issued convertible loan notes totalling £1.875m under the New Loan Facility.
