Further to the Company's announcement of 6 July 2026, AIQ (LSE: AIQ) is pleased to announce that, on 14 August 2026, it issued further convertible loan notes of £250k to new noteholders under its convertible loan note instrument with China International Securities Ltd that was entered into on 3 July 2026 (the "New Loan Note Facility"). To date, the Company has issued convertible loan notes totalling £1.25m under the New Loan Facility.

The remaining loan notes of up to £750k to be issued under the New Loan Note Facility may be issued in tranches up to and including 31 August 2026. This follows the Board signing, on 14 August 2026, a deed of variation to extend the deadline for the issue of convertible loan notes under the New Loan Note Facility from 14 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 to allow sufficient time for satisfactory KYC and AML being carried out on proposed new noteholders that have pledged a total of £500k.

All other details of the New Loan Facility remain unchanged and are as set out in the Company's announcement of 6 July 2026.
