Revised programme agreed; execution pending

Ntorya development has been in dispute since Ndovu's notice over APT not implementing the approved 2026 budget. A government-backed schedule on 26 August kept first gas in December 2026 and preserved CH-1. The half-year report confirms the programme, with the pipeline about 95% laid and up to US$75m gross budgeted. The 2027 programme still needs TPDC and PURA approval, and the interim report says the programme must be judged on delivery.

Next milestone: NT-1 wellhead and slickline work from October 2026; NT-2 testing in November 2026
First gas: NT-2 gas into the pipeline by end December 2026
