Aminex PLC has announced its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on September 30, 2026, at The Geological Society in London. Shareholders who have opted for paper copies will receive the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting, including the Form of Proxy, by mail. These documents have also been submitted to the national storage mechanism and will be available for inspection.

The Company shall hold its Annual General Meeting at 2.00 pm on 30 September 2026 at The Geological Society, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London W1J 0BG.
Paper copies of the Annual Report together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, including the Form of Proxy, are being mailed to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies.
