Person Closely Associated Dealing
Aminex PLC announced that on March 5, 2026, Eclipse Investments LLC, a person closely associated with Non-executive Director Sultan Al-Ghaithi, transferred 1,225,598,100 ordinary shares to ARA Offshore Investment Company Limited, also a person closely associated with Mr. Al-Ghaithi. This transaction, which occurred as part of an intragroup reorganisation of The Zubair Corporation, involved a disposal and subsequent acquisition of the shares at nil consideration.

Aminex announces that on 5 March 2026, Eclipse Investments LLC, a person closely associated with Sultan Al-Ghaithi, Non-executive Director, transferred its shareholding in the Company to ARA Offshore Investment Company Limited, also a person closely associated with Sultan Al-Ghaithi, pursuant to an intragroup reorganisation of The Zubair Corporation.
