AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP, the 'Company', or the 'Group'), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products and services to the global transport market, is pleased to provide a trading update in respect of the year ended 31 August 2026 ("FY2026" or the "Year").

Further to the update issued on 28 July 2026, the Board is pleased to confirm that the trading in the remainder of the final quarter was as anticipated and consequently performance for FY2026 is expected to be in line with the guidance provided at the time and current market expectations1.

Revenue for the year from continuing operations is expected to be £91.6m and adjusted operating margin in line with the Group's medium-term target of 20%.

Following investment to support acquisitive growth in the latter part of the year, including the acquisition of eMpulse Test Systems LLC on 19 August 2026 and the final payment of deferred contingent consideration in respect of Venshure Test Services, net cash at 31 August 2026 was £24.5m. The Group's significant financial resources continue to provide optionality to support the Group's strategic development.

The year end order book was £31m, which provides good coverage into the first half of FY2027.
