Confirmation of Director Changes
AB Dynamics plc has confirmed changes to its board of directors, with Ed Haycock appointed as Group Finance Director effective September 1, 2026. This follows the earlier announcement on July 1st. Richard Hickinbotham has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director after nine years of service, with Julie Armstrong succeeding him as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Further to the announcement on 1 July, Ed Haycock has today been appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director.
As previously announced, Richard Hickinbotham stood down from the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 31 August 2026, having served for nine years. Julie Armstrong has replaced Richard as Remuneration Committee Chair
