- One Health's first surgical hub, in Scunthorpe, got planning approval in February 2026 with an estimated cost of £8m-£9m. The 6 July 2026 results say construction began in March 2026 and the hub should open early in the 2027/28 financial year. Year-end cash was £11.1m after £1.6m spent on hub land and development in the year. Second and third sites are being explored.
