Zephyr Energy plc (AIM: ZPHR) (OTCQB: ZPHRF) has been notified that on 19 January 2026, Tom Reynolds, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 466,667 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2.82 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Company was also notified that Tom Reynolds has transferred 1,033,333 Ordinary Shares that he held into his pension.
Following these transactions, Tom Reynolds has a beneficial interest in 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
