Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Zambeef Products PLC has announced the availability of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, along with the Notice of AGM, which will be held virtually on 30 December 2025. Shareholders who have opted for electronic communications have already received notifications, while those preferring hard copies can request them from the Company Secretary or Transfer Secretaries.

Zambeef Products PLC (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated cold chain food products and retail business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 and the Notice of AGM are now available on both the LuSE website and the Company's website.
Electronic notifications regarding the availability of these documents were sent on 8 December 2025 to shareholders who have opted to receive communications in electronic format. Shareholders who prefer to receive hard copies may request them by writing to the Company Secretary and/or the Transfer Secretaries (Corpserve Zambia) and providing their postal address. Hard copies will be dispatched upon receipt of such requests.
The AGM will be held virtually on Tuesday, 30 December 2025 at 10:00 am CAT. The Notice of AGM includes instructions for virtual attendance.
