Yü Group PLC (AIM; YU.), the independent supplier of gas and electricity, and meter asset owner and installer of smart meters, to the UK corporate sector, is pleased to confirm the evolution of its Board following an extensive search process.

Caroline Bevan will join the Board today, 5 October 2026, as an independent non-executive Director and will Chair the Audit Committee. Caroline is an experienced non-executive Director with over 30 years’ experience including 10 years as a partner at PwC advising business owners and C-Suite leadership across listed and large privately owned businesses in a breadth of sectors. Caroline is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor and brings extensive experience across finance, audit, tax advisory and sustainability.

John Glasgow, as previously announced, will retire from the Group today. John has served as an independent non-executive Director since the Group’s IPO in 2016, being an instrumental part of guiding the Group through its significant growth.

Tony Perkins has agreed to continue in his position as Senior Independent Director, deferring his retirement from the Group to support the orderly evolution of the Board.
