The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today. The AGM will be held at 13:00pm on 22 May 2025 at the offices of Panmure Liberum Capital Limited, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY.
