Director/PDMR Shareholding
Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. announced that executive directors Simon Dodd, Mike Owen, and Tracy Dodd were awarded A ordinary shares as part of the company's deferred annual bonus scheme. Simon Dodd received 10,559 shares, Mike Owen received 7,391 shares, and Tracy Dodd received 3,968 shares, all valued at £7.91 per share, with these awards subject to a three-year restricted period.

Circumstances giving rise to the notifications
The Company announces that on 28 May 2026 each of the executive directors listed below have been awarded the following number of the Company’s A ordinary shares of 12.5p each (the ‘A shares’).

This follows the Company’s remuneration committee’s determination that an element of the annual bonus awarded to Simon Dodd, Mike Owen and Tracy Dodd, under the terms of the Company’s deferred annual bonus scheme, would be deferred (net of employment taxes and national insurance contributions) into the Company’s A shares.
None of the executive directors are generally free to sell any of the A shares awarded before the end of a restricted period, which, ordinarily, will end three years after the shares have been awarded or, if earlier, the date on which their employment terminates by reason of retirement, illness, disability or redundancy.
The number of A shares awarded to each executive director was calculated with reference to the closing market price of the Company’s A shares on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, being £7.91.The A shares awarded were admitted to trading under an existing block admission.
