Director/PDMR Shareholding
Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. announced the grant of options under its Savings-Related Share Option Scheme on 16 December 2025, involving 169,526 A ordinary shares at an exercise price of 607p per share, representing 0.27% of the company's issued share capital. Key executives, including Chief Executive Officer Simon Dodd, Chief Financial Officer Mike Owen, and People Director Tracy Dodd, each received options for 3,006 shares. These options are exercisable from 1 February 2029 and will lapse six months later if not exercised. Simon Dodd also notified of options granted to him as a person closely associated with Tracy Dodd, his spouse.

Circumstances giving rise to the notifications
On 16 December 2025 the Company granted options over 169,526 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital, pursuant to the Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the “Scheme”).
The number of shares represents 0.27% of the Company’s issued share capital (i.e. A shares and non-voting shares combined) and 0.45% of the Company’s issued A share capital.
The options will not be exercisable until 1 February 2029 and will lapse six months later to the extent not exercised. The option price is 607p per share. This price was set in accordance with the rules of the Scheme.
As part of this grant, the following directors of the Company were each granted an option over the following number of shares:
