Xeros Technology Group plc announced that independent Non-Executive Director Rachel Nooney will step down on February 28, 2026, to focus on other commitments after four and a half years of service. The Board, currently comprising two executives and two independent non-executives, remains compliant with the QCA Code of Governance but intends to appoint a new independent Non-Executive Director in due course.

Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the creator of technologies that reduce the impact of clothing on the planet, announces that Rachel Nooney, independent Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company of her intention to step down from the Board with effect from 28 February 2026, to focus on her other business commitments.
The Board would like to thank Rachel for her service to the Company.
Klaas de Boer, Chairman, said: "Rachel has made a very valuable contribution to Xeros over the past four and half years, for which we are very grateful. Her business insight, fresh perspective, and marketing expertise has supported Xeros throughout this period of strategic growth. On behalf of the whole company, we would like to wish her every success in her future endeavors."
Rachel is a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
With two executives and two independent non-executives, the Board structure and composition is still in line with the QCA Code of Governance. However, it is the Board's intention to bring on a new independent Non-Executive Director in due course.
