Appointment of Chairman Designate
Wynnstay Properties PLC has announced the appointment of Hugh Ford as Chairman Designate, effective September 30, 2026, who will succeed Philip Collins as Chairman on March 26, 2027, following a six-month transition period. Ford, a Non-Executive Director since March 2023, brings valuable real estate and financial experience to the role, and the company plans to appoint additional Non-Executive Directors as part of its ongoing succession planning.

Wynnstay Properties PLC (AIM:WSP) is pleased to announce that following a recruitment process using a specialist external recruitment firm, Forrester & Partners, which considered both existing Directors and external candidates, the Board has appointed Hugh Ford as Chairman Designate.
The appointment takes effect from 30 September 2026, the start of the second half of the Company’s current financial year, and he will succeed Philip Collins as Chairman with effect from 26 March 2027, the commencement of the Company’s next financial year.
Hugh Ford and Philip Collins will work together over the coming six months to ensure an orderly transition and handover. During this period further Non-Executive Directors will be appointed to the Board through a recruitment process using Forrester & Partners as part of the Board’s ongoing succession planning. Announcements will be made as appointments are confirmed.

Updated information disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies
Mr Ford was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 26 March 2023. The disclosures required by Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, which were made on 22 March 2023, are updated below.
Mr Ford’s current directorships and partnerships (other than the Company and its subsidiaries): Warfield Homes Limited; Warfield Park Homes Limited; Warfield Woodland Limited; Warfield SANG Management Company Limited; and HMF Consulting Limited.
Since the announcement on 22 March 2023, Mr Ford ceased to be a director of Beechwood Park School Ltd, and a number of the Intu group companies previously disclosed have since been dissolved or have progressed through their existing administration or liquidation processes, including Intu Shopping Centres Plc (of which Mr Ford remains a director), which moved from administration into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 19 March 2026.
