Wellnex Life Limited has reached an agreement regarding the repayment of a loan provided by Zack Bozinovski and his wife, with the majority of the outstanding amount due on April 20, 2026, coinciding with Mr. Bozinovski's departure from the Group. This announcement follows a previous update on October 21, 2025, concerning the loan repayment.

| Wellnex Life Limited ("Wellnex" or the "Company") (ASX | AIM: WNX), announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 21 October 2025 regarding the repayment of the loan provided by Zack Bozinovski and his wife (the "Loan"), the parties have reached an agreement on a repayment schedule, with the majority of the Loan repayable on 20 April 2026, when he concludes his employment with the Group. |
