In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1 R) Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace') is required to notify the market of the following:
As at 22 June 2026 the issued share capital of Workspace consists of 192,673,240 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of £1 each, with voting rights. Workspace does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury; therefore, the total number of voting rights in Workspace is 192,673,240.
Shareholders may use the above figure of 192,673,240 shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Workspace under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
