Workspace Group PLC has announced that Rosie Shapland, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of SThree plc on November 27, 2025, and will join their Audit and Risk, Nominations, and Remuneration Committees. It is anticipated that Shapland will assume the role of Chair of SThree's Audit and Risk Committee effective January 1, 2026.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2) Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace" or the "Company") announces that Rosie Shapland, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Workspace, has notified the Company that she will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of SThree plc and a member of their Audit and Risk, Nominations and Remuneration Committees with effect from 27 November 2025. It is expected that Rosie will assume the role of Chair of their Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 1 January 2026.
