Geneva, 15 July 2026 - Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company"), the fastest-growing European airline, announces the partial payments of the Director Fee on 10 July 2026 in 2452 shares to two non-executive board members (Phit Lian Chong, and Stephen Johnson) and to Andrew S. Broderick, who served as a member of the Wizz Board until 15 June 2026. The payment relates to the Non-Executive Directors' fees for the period 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026.
