Geneva, 13 July 2026 Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company") announces that the notification released on 7 July 2026 regarding a transaction conducted by Diarmuid O Conghaile, employee, contained an administrative error. The corrected notification is set out below. All information not specifically amended remains unchanged.
The amendment relates to the original notification (RNS Number: 3832L) which stated the transaction as an exercise-and-sell. The Company's share plan administrator, Computershare, subsequently confirmed that only an option exercise transaction was initiated and processed in its system, and that no sale was executed. This amended release corrects the original notification accordingly.
