Delay in Annual Report and Temporary Suspension

Wildcat Gold plc announces that it was not in a position to publish its audited annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 by the applicable regulatory deadline (4 p.m on 30 October 2026). As the first trading date after its breach of the regulations, this information is being published today prior to the opening of the Market.

The audit is substantially progressed. However, completion of the audit and the Directors' assessment of the Company's ability to continue as a going concern are dependent upon the Company securing sufficient additional funding to demonstrate adequate financial resources for the relevant going-concern assessment period.

The Company is actively progressing discussions regarding additional equity funding and requires further time to conclude this process and enable the auditors to complete their remaining audit procedures.

Accordingly, at the request of the Company, the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Official List and trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange have been temporarily suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on Monday 2nd November.

The Company intends to complete the funding process and publish its audited annual report and financial statements as soon as practicable.

Following publication of the audited annual report and resolution of the circumstances giving rise to the suspension, the Company intends to apply for restoration of the listing and resumption of trading in its ordinary shares.

There can be no certainty as to the timing or outcome of the proposed fundraising.

The Company will provide further updates as appropriate.
