On Friday 27th February, the Company (via it's share Registrars) mailed out our Announcement regarding the calling of a General Meeting (GM) to be held Streetly Community Library, Blackwood Road, Streetly, B74 3PL on Wednesday 25th March 2026 at 10 a.m.
The GM concerns the following: Strategic Review, Proposed Cancellation of Main Market Listing and Intended Admission to the Aquis Growth Market. This is as initially outlined in our RNS 7442T of 20th February 2026.
