Further to its announcement on 27 July of the commencement of a share buyback programme (the "Programme"), Warpaint announces that it has purchased, through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, the following ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares purchased will be transferred into treasury.

Following the purchases, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 80,787,321 Ordinary Shares. The Company hold 96,603 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
