Company Name Change Effective – Molecule Group plc

Vulcan Two Group plc, the Company building a leading regulated UK ePharmacy through buy-and-build, confirms the change of its name to Molecule Group plc.

Companies House issued a change of name certificate on 2 October 2026 and the name change to Molecule Group plc has become effective immediately. The Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name and new TIDM code/ticker symbol ‘MOL’ will commence today at 8.00 a.m.

Molecule brand creates a single identity across the Group’s consumer, veterinary and professional healthcare channels.

New B2C website molecule.co.uk, brings together a new Molecule clinic, an enhanced over-the-counter range and our veterinary offering in a single portal. This gives the direct-to-consumer business a single modern platform, a wider basket per customer and one place in which to invest in customer acquisition and retention.

New investor relations website will be: investors.molecule.co.uk

Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid.
