Verici Dx plc (AIM: VRCI), a developer of advanced clinical diagnostics for organ transplant, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made at 5.00pm on 8 October 2026 (the “Launch Announcement”), the Placing has now closed and the Bookbuild has been successfully concluded.

Participants in the Placing will be contacted by Singer Capital Markets and Oberon Capital as soon as practicable later today to confirm their allocations once finalised. A further announcement will be made by the Company in due course confirming the results of the Placing. As set out in the Launch Announcement, the launch of the WRAP Retail Offer will be announced separately thereafter.
