Total Voting Rights

Venture Life reports that as at 31 October 2026 it had 128,860,145 ordinary shares of 0.3p, of which 9,993,387 (7.76%) are held in treasury and therefore non-voting, leaving total voting rights of 118,866,758 (92.24% of issued). Each ordinary share carries one vote and the stated voting rights figure is the denominator shareholders should use to determine notification thresholds under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
