Total Voting Rights
Venture Life Group PLC announced on 30 September 2026 that its total issued share capital stands at 128,860,145 ordinary shares, with 10,243,387 shares held in treasury, resulting in a total of 118,616,758 voting rights. This figure is to be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
