Exercise of Share Options & Total Voting Rights
Venture Life Group PLC has announced the issuance of 75,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of share options by an employee. These new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 23 January 2026. Post-admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 128,812,145, with 3,313,893 held in treasury, resulting in a total of 125,498,252 voting rights. Venture Life Group PLC (AIM: VLG), a recognised leader in proactive healthy, product innovation, development, and commercialisation within the global consumer healthcare sector, announces that it has issued 75,000 new ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with an exercise of share options by an employee, subject to admission to trading on AIM.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 75,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective, and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 23 January 2026.
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 128,812,145, with 3,313,893 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights will be 125,498,252. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
