Virgin Wines UK plc (AIM: VINO), one of the UK's largest direct-to-consumer online wine retailers, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Cavendish Capital Markets Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker with immediate effect.
The Company also announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:
John Risman, a Chair of the Company, was a board director at Shaftesbury Shutters Limited until the company's dissolution in January 2022.
