Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP), the international designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative flooring, announces that options over 6,375 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence ("Ordinary Shares") under the Victoria Plc 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan have been exercised by an employee of the Company at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share. The recipient is not a director of the Company or person discharging managerial responsibilities.
Accordingly, the Company has transferred 6,375 Ordinary Shares previously held in treasury to satisfy the exercise of the options. As a result, the Company holds 10,110,837 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 115,353,830 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
