Update on Proposed Acquisition
Vast Resources plc announced that it is in discussions with Bay Square Pacific Ltd to extend the long stop date for the proposed acquisition of Gulf International Minerals Limited, which remains in force until July 7, 2026. The company is continuing to make progress towards the completion of this proposed transaction, with further updates to be provided as developments occur.

Vast Resources plc announces that, further to the proposed Reverse Takeover announced on 22 December 2025 and Company's announcement of 5 May 2026, the Company is in discussions with Bay Square Pacific Ltd regarding a further extension to the long stop date in respect of the SPA to facilitate completion of the Proposed Transaction. A further announcement will be released in due course subject to and upon such further extension having been agreed, setting out the date thereof. It is noted that, in accordance with the terms of the SPA, the SPA remains in force until 7 July 2026, being five business days following the current extended long stop date.
The Company continues to make progress towards completion of the Proposed Transaction as per the Company's update of 5 May 2026 and will provide further updates in respect of any relevant developments in due course.
