Vanquis Banking Group plc has announced the upcoming submission of its 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements, along with the Notice of its 2026 Annual General Meeting, to the National Storage Mechanism. These documents will be accessible on the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and the Group's investor website. The AGM is scheduled for May 6, 2026, at 10 am. The full unedited text of the 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements, containing all required information, will also be available on the National Storage Mechanism.

London - 26 February 2026 - Vanquis Banking Group plc announces that the following documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism later today:
- 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements; and
- Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting ('AGM').
The documents will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and are also available on the Group's website www.vanquis.com/investors.
Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held at 10am on 6 May 2026 at Fairburn House, 5 Godwin Street, Bradford, BD1 2AH.
