Half-Year Trading Update and Notice of Results
Uniphar plc reported a strong first half of 2026, achieving approximately 11% adjusted EPS growth and 7% organic gross profit growth, in line with expectations. All three divisions, Uniphar Pharma, Uniphar Medtech, and Uniphar Supply Chain & Retail, delivered positive organic gross profit growth. The Group maintains a strong liquidity position with Net Bank Debt/EBITDA at 2.4x. The launch of a new distribution facility in Ireland has been deferred to February 2027, requiring an additional €20m in capital expenditure but providing a benefit to FY 2026 adjusted EPS due to deferred depreciation. Uniphar remains confident in its €200m EBITDA target by 2028, with a focus on organic growth and an active acquisition pipeline.

| Dublin, London | 28 July 2026: Uniphar plc (the "Group" or "Uniphar"), an international diversified healthcare services business, today announces the following unaudited trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026. |
The business achieved ca. 11% adjusted EPS growth in the first half of 2026, in line with the Group's expectations, driven by a strong trading performance with ca. 7% organic gross profit growth.
Divisional performance:
- Uniphar Pharma delivered high single-digit organic gross profit growth during the period and is on track to deliver double-digit organic gross profit growth for the full year.
- Uniphar Medtech achieved high single-digit organic gross profit growth during the half and remains on track to deliver high single-digit organic gross profit growth for the full year.
- Uniphar Supply Chain & Retail delivered mid-single-digit organic gross profit growth during the half and is expected to deliver mid-single-digit organic gross profit growth for the full year.
The Group continues to maintain a strong liquidity position, with Net Bank Debt/EBITDA of 2.4x at the end of June 2026, reflecting the expected unwind of previously communicated favourable working capital movements.
Outlook and strategic update
Uniphar enters the second half of the year with strong trading momentum across the Group, and underlying trading expectations for the year remain unchanged.
The new high-tech distribution facility in Ireland will now go live in February 2027, with a phased roll-out during H1 2027. This extended timeline allows for additional end-to-end testing and minimises execution risk during the Group's seasonal peak trading period in the fourth quarter. As a result, the project will require incremental capital expenditure of approximately €20m.
The revised timeline will defer associated depreciation and amortisation charges, resulting in a benefit to FY 2026 adjusted EPS expectations.
M&A continues to play an important role in Uniphar's growth strategy, and the Group maintains a disciplined approach to capital allocation, while managing an active pipeline of acquisition opportunities to further enhance the Group's growth potential.
Ger Rabbette, Uniphar Group Chief Executive Officer said:
"Uniphar has delivered a strong first half, with continued organic gross profit growth across the Group. Trading continues to be robust and the business is developing in line with our expectations. We expect to sustain this progress into the second half and remain on track to meet our growth objectives for each of our three divisions for the full year. We also remain confident in our ability to reach our €200m EBITDA target by 2028, with at least 80% of growth expected to be organic."
